Preparation and assistance with the execution of final Estate Plan documents to include a Last Will (option to include testamentary trust language if there are beneficiaries who are minors or have special needs), Personal Property Memorandum, Health Care Power of Attorney with Living Will & Final Instructions, HIPAA Waiver, General Durable Power of Attorney, Standby Guardian Designation for minor children[1], and a Virginia Transfer on Death Deed for primary residence[1]. 

Preparation and assistance with the execution of final Estate Plan documents to include a Revocable Living Trust (RLT) with ancillary trust documents[2], Pour-over Will,  Health Care Power of Attorney with Living Will & Final Instructions, HIPAA Waiver, General Durable Power of Attorney, Standby Guardian Designation for minors[1], and a Virginia Deed for primary residence to the RLT[1].

Preparation and assistance with the execution of final Estate Plan documents to include Individual Revocable Living Trusts (IRLTs) with ancillary trust documents[2], Pour-over Wills,  Health Care Powers of Attorney with Living Wills & Final Instructions, HIPAA Waivers, General Durable Powers of Attorney, Standby Guardian Designations for minors[1], and a Virginia Deed for primary residence to both or one IRLT[1].
