Ashley Miller has extensive experience representing individuals in a broad range of estate planning matters. As an estate planning attorney, she guides clients through preparing for family financial needs, minimizing the burden of probate, and planning for the possibility of incapacity. Ashley has crafted thousands of comprehensive estate plans , including trusts and wills, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney with living wills or advance medical directives, standby guardian designations for minor children, and a variety of deeds supporting estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration.
Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2010, focusing her studies and internship work on estate planning, family law, and litigation. She is an active member of both the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Beyond her legal practice, Ashley and her husband stay busy raising their two sons. She enjoys documentaries, hiking with her golden retriever, and teaching yoga as a certified instructor in Purcellville, Virginia.

Kerry van der Post has considerable experience in the corporate sector, with a strong background in business strategy and corporate legal advisement. Throughout her career as a corporate executive, she specialized in corporate banking, consulting, and guiding organizations through structural transitions to include mergers and acquisitions

Throughout her career as a corporate executive, she specialized in corporate banking, consulting, and guiding organizations through structural transitions to include mergers and acquisitions.
Kerry earned her Bachelor of Commerce in Law from the University of Port Elizabeth in 1996, followed by a Master of International Business Administration from the University of Wales and a Global Executive MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Kerry and her husband are the proud parents of two sons who attend Loudoun County Public Schools and a daughter pursuing pre-med studies in South Carolina. Multilingual and artistically talented, Kerry is also an active community philanthropist and the owner of a professional bakery in Round Hill, Virginia
