We will reply with an Estate Plan Info Form (EP Info Form). Once this EP Info Form is returned to our office and reviewed, we will share Ashley's calendar link to schedule a free initial consultation to discuss your specific Estate Plan wishes and answer questions you have. 

Unfortunately, no. The information requested on this EP Info Form is required to perform a legal conflict check and so that Ashley can review your wishes to confirm that our office is able to assist with your specific needs.

While you do not need to fill out the EP Info Form in its entirety, please return this form to our office as complete as possible with any other pertinent information or current documents you are able to provide.   

Please contact our office so that we can share a link to access your personal SharePoint folder where you can upload this information and any other pertinent documents.  

For additional security, you may encrypt and password protect the document(s) before uploading to SharePoint. Please contact our office at 540.616.3530 so we can obtain the password you have chosen verbally to maintain this security. 

Ashley is happy to consider whether it would be appropriate to schedule an additional consultation call for a one-time, flat fee of $100.00 which is due at the time of scheduling this additional consultation call. Please contact our office directly with this request.
