Ashley Miller has represented individuals in a variety of estate planning matters. As an estate planning attorney, she advises clients on planning for family financial needs, probate avoidance, and incapacity. Ashley has prepared hundreds of estate plans, including trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney with living wills or advance medical directives, standby guardian designations for children, and various types of deeds related to estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration.
Ashley received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2010 where she concentrated her legal education and internship experience in various areas to include estate planning, family law, and litigation. She is an active member of both the National and Virginia Academy of Elder Care Law Attorneys.
Ashley and her husband have two sons in Loudoun County Public Schools, and she teaches yoga in Purcellville, Virginia.
