Ashley Miller has represented clients in a variety of matters since 2010. As an estate planning attorney, Ms. Miller advises on family financial matters, probate court avoidance, and special needs protection.
Ms. Miller has prepared hundreds of estate plans to include trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, and powers of attorney for the care of children. She has two sons and teaches yoga in Purcellville, Virginia.
Ashley received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2010 and concentrated her legal education in estate planning, family law, and litigation.
